Meet Lana
Your Qualified Counsellor
Lana is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist based in Sydney, offering thoughtful, grounded support shaped by both professional training and lived experience. She holds a degree in Counselling from the Australian College of Applied Psychology and is registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
Lana has worked as a counsellor in Sydney and London, alongside general practitioners and mental health therapists in community health settings. This experience has informed her holistic understanding of wellbeing and the connection between emotional and physical health. Lana is deeply committed to supporting people through change, adversity, and self-discovery, providing a respectful and steady therapeutic presence.
